Spend your days swimming, surfing, or strolling to Blackies Café for your morning coffee, then come back to unwind on the sunny deck with a glass of wine as you watch the world go by. This three-bedroom bach plus sleepout offers a simple, comfortable setup ideal for families or friends.  
  
The compact kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, bench-top oven, microwave/airfryer, and BBQ for easy holiday meals.  
  
The inside bathroom includes a washing machine for added convenience. Inside, you’ll find TV with Freeview and DVDs for evening entertainment, portable fans for summer comfort, and a heat pump to keep you cosy in the cooler months.  
  
Kids will love the toys and games provided for rainy days, while the large grassy section offers plenty of space to play. Outdoors, enjoy dining alfresco or rinse off after the beach in the hot/cold outdoor shower.  
  
There’s ample off-street parking for the car and a boat over 7m, and the section is partially fenced for peace of mind. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a laid-back family holiday, Caddy’s Shack is your ticket to easy beachside living in beautiful Whangamatā.
