  • Rustic lake cottage located near the tip of the peninsula in the Lake Almanor Country Club. Sleeps 12 comfortably and has two lake access points within walking distance. Come enjoy the retro cottage with 60's theme and enjoy all the activities that are offered like golf, tennis, beaches, boat launches, two parks with bbq's, picnic tables, clean park bathrooms, concerts and more. Bring the whole family!

    New carpet, new bedding, deep cleaned, and remodeled bathrooms as of 5/2022.

Rules

No fires outside whatsoever! It is against the law and HOA rules. Guests will be asked to leave without refund and subject to fines and penalties.
Quiet time hours are 10:00PM-8:00AM. HOA can fine up to $1,000 for breaking this rule. Renter is responsible for all fines incurred during stay.
Garbage take out to street on Sunday evenings for early Monday morning pickup. $125.00 service fee if garbage pickup is missed.
