I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult.
I booked a studio suite so my daughter could sleep on the pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided. Since no staff were available to assist us, we had to take bedding from the main bed so she could use the sofa bed.
The hotel felt more like self-service accommodation than the boutique-hotel experience we expected. The restaurant was closed, which was not indicated when we booked through Expedia, and breakfast was mediocre. Overall, the lack of assistance, missing bedding and poor communication made this a very disappointing stay.

"The hotel was so clean and nice, near everything very good for families. The only thing we didn't like was that the ladies in the reception were extremely rude and didn't have any manor how to speak to people. I said good morning, and she's not even responding. People in the restaurant were lovely ..."
