Carpeting in halls and rooms need to be changed. The bedding was very clean and very comfortable. Loved the attached restaurant The Stamford. Rooms for pets could use some air fresheners.

Staff seemed a bit unhappy. Nothing really bad but just matter of fact. I would totally stay here again though.
Wash down the entrance walkway to spruce up first impressions. Very clean. Lots of amenities.
