had a great stay. The cabin is perfectly situated in the "woods" with a private pond and hot tub. Cabin was extremely clean. The host was great. Would come again.
My husband, I, our daughter and her best friend had a beautiful nature filled vacation with all the modern comforts we are used to. Very clean and well decorated. We will return.
The cabin and property was absolutely beautiful! I booked this with my girlfriend and a couple friends for her 34th birthday. We relaxed by the fire, cooked some good meals and enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be back again!
What a great place to get away. Everything was as described. Super clean and very charming. We had to cut our stay short but would love to go back. Very easy to find. The hosts communication was excellent.
The property is wonderful! Close to the main road, yet surrounded by woods and wildlife. Plenty of stores somewhat close by if you need anything. It's the best!!😀
We had such a lovely stay here! Wildflower Cottage is even more spacious than it seems in the pictures. The hot tub was easy to use and the host provided cleaner for it, and the fireplace inside kept us nice and toasty when we would come back inside. I highly recommend ordering firewood using the services at the cabin too, Chad arrived within 15 minutes with enough wood for us to use all weekend. I did struggle a little with check in, but that was my own fault for not screenshotting the instructions before losing service. But the wifi was easy to connect to and solved that problem! Will definitely be back!
We came down for a ghost hunt at the Trans Allegheny Lunatic asylum. This place was wonderful to recoup from a long night. We had comfortable beds to sleep in, a clean bathroom and kitchen to refresh and gather in and the cleanest hottub I have ever been in. The view and scenery was amazing and the star gazing was a treat as well. Would love to come back
It’s a beautiful place and it was perfect for a little getaway with my boyfriend! It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. If you want to use the dishwasher you will need to bring your own pods. There is another cabin fairly close to this one and within view of the fire pit/hot tub area. The only small complaints that I had were that the refrigerator is noisy and it could be heard in the bedrooms, also the coffee table is a bit wobbly. Those weren’t big issues for us, but should be noted.
Wildflower is a sweet litttle cottage in a rural part of W. Virginia. My sister and I were looking for a place to escape the heat of Virginia, and we did! The weather was beautiful, cool in the mornings and evenings and much less humid than Virginia. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Our only complaints were the fridge that made noises all day that sounded like a cow in labor. Also, there was no cushio foor an porch bench that had metal slats on it that you couldn't sit on. We enjoyed Holly River State Park about an hour away and the nearby W.VA Wildlife Center.
The cottage was clean and well appointed. The hoast was friendly and responded quickly to any concerns. Our boys loved sledding down the hill and we all enjoyed the hot tub. I can't wait to take the family back again next year.
