This is a clean, new-feeling property that is minimally furnished, and rather minimally equipped, but worked very well for us. Groceries are available nearby and the neighborhood was pleasant. There aren’t as many places to sit to eat as there are bed spaces, so most of us ate breakfast standing up, but we were trying to get out the door anyway, so that was fine. If you were eating more meals there, you would hope for good enough weather to use the outdoor table. Raj was a considerate and communicative host. Beds were great and kids did fine on the couches made into beds. Overall, this was a great stay.

It was a nicely equipped vacation rental. The property is clean and new. Therefore, it may not have all cooking pots and pans you need for a longer stay. We didn't have to cook much during our three-night stay, so sufficient for us. The four star is not because of the property itself, but for the location. It is on the other side of the river across downtown Sydney. It's not very convenient to go shopping or restaurant. But the good side is that it is quiet.

Make sure you video when checking out, host is charging extra for cleaning. We cleaned the unit. I messaged the host about the washer as it couldn’t do a complete wash. Host is charging us for broken washer when we couldn’t even use it as it couldn’t do complete wash. Additional charge for broken steam cleaner that we DID NOT use. Host said we left the unit in complete clutter, I piled the used towels in the washroom as we could not use the washer. We paid a lot of money for 10 day stay, we were clean and respectful but inconvenienced with unable to use a washer which I messaged the host about and host said that he’d look into it and have it looked at. After we left, host charged us for a broken washer that we could not use, broken broom that gave out when I tried using it, broken steam cleaner that we didn’t even use, mark on wall and stain on sofa and bed with no picture proof provided. Although the unit is nice, I wouldn’t recommend it.
