NEWLY RENOVATED DECK! Private lakefront home minutes from Clemson; private dock

  • Amazing sunset views. Take time to get away and unplug with your friends and family. Just minutes away from Clemson, SC in Westminster, SC and minutes from Tallulah, GA. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to entertain and has great views of the lake. The large custom dinning room table can easily fit up to 10 people. Right off the main living room is a wine bar. The fall views of the leaves and colors are breathtaking.

    Sleeping
    - Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and private master bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. French doors provide immediate access to the outdoor deck.

    -Bedroom #2 and #3 each have a queen bed with a futon. Walk-in closets and dressers provide ample storage

    - Downstairs living area has a large screen TV and WII with several games. It also has a pull-out couch and a blow-up air mattress. Right under the stair is a secret hiding area that has been specifically decorated for girls and can sleep 2 kids on caterpillows.

    - The back deck has a custom day bed swing and comfortable seating to enjoy the lake views. The deck also comes complete with a gas grill and electric smoker. The sunsets will not disappoint and on a clear day offers amazing views of the foothills.

    - There are a number of steps down to the lake to our private dock. The Chauga and Tugaloo Rivers both meet right in front the dock providing great fishing and areas to explore in the canoe or paddle board. The dock is equipped with water and power.

    - This lake house is conveniently located close to a public boat launch.

    - Please no smokers, but pets are welcome with a Pet deposit. The bottom of the driveway provides adequate space for several vehicles.
