I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized ironing board, shelf in the shower (having to bend down with lower back issues is a pain) and a non-stick frying pan would have been welcome additions."

We were hoping to arrive earlier than stated check in, to make use of fridge before we set off on our bikes for the day, Alex was extremely helpful and gracious in immediately responding to our request with a yes. Everything was ready, clean and fresh, everything as listed and set out in the welcome message. Hot tub was fantastic, great after our 36 mile ride on canal tow path. The cabin was peaceful and private and we were left to our own devices. I have no doubt Alex and Victoria would have been immediately on hand should we have needed them. The location was perfect for us, and information left for guests was informative should it be needed. Great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back."
