The house features a modern, open-plan kitchen and living room, a comfortable living room, three bedrooms, a shower, and a toilet. Amenities such as underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a microwave, an oven, and a five-burner gas stove are provided.

Two sides of the living room have French doors leading to the garden.

The fourth bedroom is located in the detached garden house. It has its own shower and toilet, as well as a sink and wardrobe. A washing machine and dryer are also available there.

The lawn garden includes a trampoline and an outdoor shower. Beach toys, four bicycles, two scooters, and a barbecue are located in the garden shed.
