The kilometers of sandy beaches in the state with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands, at the apartment are also known as "Zeeuwse Rivièra". The apartment is on the 1st Floor and leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has a modern interior with many extras. Three bedrooms are available. The parents' room has a 1.80 m box spring bed. There is a guard machine in the bathroom. The apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. There is a large, modern 55 inch Ultra HD Samsung flat screen, with all German free TV programs and Sky HD receivers! The kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a small oven, as well as a coffee and sense machine. Free wifi reception on the entire site. A door leads from the living room to the large south-facing balcony with new garden furniture. In 2017 the entire facility was renewed and the apartment was completely renovated. Thus, the apartment offers many amenities that are far above the local standard. Since then, the apartment has been kept up to date through regular new acquisitions! The car can be parked in front of the house on its own parking space. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Die Waschmaschine war schimmelig, die Dunstabzugshaube war fettig und der ganze Raum roch unangenehm. Die zwei kleinen Schlafzimmer rochen staubig und leicht stockig. Unter den Matratzen war es schmutzig. Die Dusche und das Bad hatten schimmelige Silikonfugen. Die Klobürste war dreckig, staubige Ränder in den Ecken. Wir haben den ersten Tag mit Desinfizieren und Säubern zugebracht. Wir vermuten auch, dass sich Vormieter nicht an das Rauchverbot innen gehalten haben. Insgesamt schöne Lage, nette Anlage und guter Service vor Ort, die Ferienwohnung war auch oberflächlich geputzt und gut ausgestattet, insgesamt aber wirkte sie abgenutzt und müffelig. Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Andrea T. 28 Aug 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness Das Appartement war .....okay.....Man muss das Appartement am Abreisetag um spätestens 10 Uhr verlassen haben, da die neuen Urlaubsmieter ab 16 einchecken.Da denkt man, das die Putzfrauen sehr viel Zeit haben das Appartement gründlich zu reinigen.Von wegen!Die Dunstabzugshaube sah aus als wäre sie schon Monate nicht gereinigt worden, das Boxspringbett ist sehr staubig und wird von unter dem Bett gestapelten Büchern gestützt.Die Waschmaschine hat Schimmelflecken und die besten Tage hinter sich, die Toilette hatte einen "frisch gereinigt" - Banner um sich herum und beim ersten benutzen stellten wir fest das noch RESTE vom Vormieter(?) oder der Putzfrau (?) drin waren.KEIN Sky obwohl es im Angebot stand.An sich auch alles sehr beengt. Der Strand ist mit einem kleinen Spaziergang von nur ein paar Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ausreichen ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles Wichtige zu finden. Nur mit der Sauberkeit könnte man es etwas genauer nehmen. Leider waren viele Regale, Ecken, Dichtungen etc. nicht wirklich sauber und gepflegt und könnten einen Frühjahrsputz vertragen. Auch die Textilien dürften mal gewaschen werden um ihren leicht muffigen Geruch zu verlieren. Der große Balkon ist toll. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit dem Urlaub sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. ##### Anja W. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Großer Fernseher sehr angenehm an der Wand in Kopfhöhe befestigt. Alles in allem, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. ##### Wolfram H. Auch die Entfernung zum Strand war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider ist uns am letzten Tag der Sonnenschirm kaputt gegangen und ich musste für die Neubeschaffung 70€ Kaution zahlen. Eine Rechnung und die versprochenen Bilder ,damit meine Freundin die Angelegenheit der Haftpflichtversicherung melden kann, sind bis heute noch nicht bei ihr angekommen ##### Susanne B. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr nahe fußläufig zu erreichen.Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne einen erneuten Urlaub hier verbringen. ##### Stephan E.
