Built-in 2020, the house is in excellent condition. The expansive beach, scenic creek, and village center are all within walking distance, making this home the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in Zeeland. This holiday home is spread over two floors. The living room features a tiled floor with underfloor heating for added comfort. The kitchen has modern appliances, including: Combi microwaveToasterDishwasherRefrigeratorFreezerNespresso coffee machine There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower and sink, and there is an additional toilet and a washing machine in the house for your convenience. The home is pet-free and in a peaceful, natural setting near the dunes. It is easily accessible, with on-site parking available. There is also a bicycle shed, and the property boasts a lovely garden with a terrace, offering the opportunity to enjoy one of the sunniest spots in the Netherlands. Westkapelle is a charming village located in the municipality of Veere, situated at the westernmost tip of the former island of Walcheren. The village is renowned for its iconic lighthouse and the impressive Westkapelle Zeedijk, a 5-kilometer-long seawall that protects the coast. In the heart of the village, you'll find a variety of amenities, including a supermarket, bakery, butcher, drugstore, and bicycle rental shop. There are also several souvenir shops and a range of restaurants offering plenty of dining options. Westkapelle is conveniently located near other popular seaside towns, such as Domburg and Zoutelande, both just a short distance away. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays.
