From the pleasant, nicely appointed room to the gracious, helpful staff, to the amazing breakfast, every moment of our stay was perfect. The town is delightful and it's only a five minute walk to the lovely shore. We highly recommend it!

Our bed, our room and all the communal areas were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazing, and the food was beautifully presented, fresh and tasty. We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Jessica on a cold night, after a rather traumatic journey. Jessica could not have done any more to help us to settle in and make us feel welcome - she is an asset to this lovely hotel. I would recommend Boutique Hotel Charley's to anyone as a great budget hotel with great amenities, great food and wonderful staff. Thank you, team Charley's!

Great location in the town centre, easy walk to the beach. Lots of close-by dining options. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself very clean and inviting, there was space inside and outside for sitting and relaxing. My only comment is the hotel had no air conditioning. My room faced south and therefore had no relief from the sun during the recent European heat wave. That said at night, with the windows open, a nice cooling breeze came in from the sea. Breakfast was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Simply perfect but too short

The stay was way too short, but we experienced the availability and kindness of the people at Charley's We were early and the room was not ready yet. The did bring all our bags in our room without asking The breakfast was just exceptionnal

Een kleinschalig boetiek hotel met persoonlijke touch. Bij het inchecken ontving ik een tote bag met handige informatie, waaronder de rij instructies naar de eigen parkeerplaats. De kamer was schoon, gezellig en super leuk gestyled. Wij hadden een kamer op de zolderverdieping, was wel warm. Gelukkig wel 2 Velux ramen die tegenover elkaar open konden. Het ontbijt was een feestje, in ons geval letterlijk. Reisgenoot was jarig en ontbijttafel was versierd. Ontbijt was luxe, vers, en vol met verrassingen. Geen standaard hotelontbijt. Personeel enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam .

Onze kamer lag op 2e verdieping. Hierdoor enig uitzicht en frisse zeewind om kamer te verkoelen. Op lagere verdieping is aan westzijde geen privacy en uitzicht. Ontvangst is super gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was waanzinnig goed. Locatie van hotel is super. Je steekt de straat over via een trap het duin over en je bent op een geweldig mooi, relaxed breed en schoon strand. Zeker moeite waard, maar wel op 2e verdieping.

Wir haben hier 2 Nächte verbracht. Check In lief problemlos kontaktlos nach 14 Uhr. Lage wirklich top. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist das Highlight. Leckere Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Marktplatz Freitags mit einem kleinen Käse und Obst Verkauf. Tip für die Anreise: Die Tapas Platte und Flasche Wein ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Suite. Zimmer sehr sauber. Freistehende Badewanne. Großzügiges Bad. Große Dusche. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt in West-Kapelle.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem kleinen aber feinen Hotel. Die Besitzerin ist super lieb und gibt hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Der Hotel eigene Parkplatz liegt ein wenig versteckt. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Markt im Westkappelle. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer. Das Zimmer und auch das Frühstück waren hervorragend. Ebenso das Personal. Es war einfach hervorragend!

Sehr schönes Hotel

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit fantastischem Frühstück. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne Frühstücksraum, den man auch tagsüber nutzen kann und sich kostenlos Kaffee oder Tee holen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt gute Fischrestaurants in der Nähe. Auch der Strand ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
