"I really enjoyed this location as you are in the heart of downtown Springfield and also a brief 3 minute walk from the Casino and Hockey stadium. There are lots to do while in the area and I can’t wait to return again!"

"I stayed here for 13 days on business. (1) The signs say they will clean the rooms every three nights. I checked in on a Sunday, and after days of waiting to see if they would actually follow through, I finally had to ask Friday morning that they clean my room. After that, they cleaned it in the three day schedule as promised. (2) After I checked out in the last day, I asked if there was a place I could put my luggage (carry on suitcase and backpack) for no more than 15 min so I could quickly buy a burger before my transport arrived. Their response: “ You can leave it in the lobby but if anything happens it is not our responsibility.” I found that to be ridiculous. (3) My traveling partners stayed at a hotel just down the road next to the grocery store. Much better amenities, especially the workout room. If you care about that, I suggest another hotel. The one here is small and if you jog on the treadmill the AC is poorly place where it blows strongly on your head. In conclusion, if I have to return to Hadley, I’ll be staying elsewhere. It’s fine probably for most if you stay a night or two, but I had one too many issues with them."

"Urine on the toilet seat. Long hair in the towels & body hair on the shower wall. Very noisy and lots of cover up for various smells throughout. Had to wait 15 minutes or more for someone to come to the desk to check-in since only 1 staff member. Called the number it says for help and their advice was to wait since the desk clerk was in the bathroom."

"I made a one night reservation and pre-paid my reservation/ Got to the hotel to check in and a very surly person proceeded to check me in. First telling me thati didn't pre-pay, and quoted me a price well more that i was charged on the expedia site. They insisted I did not prepay, once they found my reservation. I pulled up a copy of my itinerary showing paid in full and they said oh. okay, it's all set, and took a card for incidentals. Hotel and room are awkwardly decorated, that's the only way I can describe it. Electrical plugs are not conveniently placed- none at bedside, lamp wiring runs all over the floor to reach plugs; a recliner is right up against the side of the bed- no clearance. Bathroom has a huge scratched up wooden shelf holding a hand towel. Anyway, I confirmed the next morning that my long term lodging was all set, had coffee and purchased a cheese serving for breakfast, charged to my room. Checked out and went on my way. I received a receipt e-mailed later that day for another room charge in addition to the small breakfast. I notified the hotel immediately, and the only response from hotel and expedia was a copy of the hotel's charge to my credit card. I responded with a copy of my prepaid receipt, sent to me by expedia, and am waiting for a resolution or I will take it up with my credit card carrier."
