🍇⛰️ In the heart of the Vallée Noble in Alsace, in a picturesque village nestled among the Bollenberg, Strangenberg, and Zinnkoepflé hills, Maison Tilleul de la Vallée Noble offers, in an Alsatian house fully renovated in 2022 and tastefully decorated, year-round rentals of two cosy accommodation, each equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with a tub or shower. You’ll have the entire house to yourselves!



🏡 The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfect for gathering with family, friends, or colleagues—whether for a weekend, a holiday, or a business trip. Everything is provided to ensure your comfort.



🥨 In a warm and cosy setting, set out to discover Alsace, its cuisine, its fine wines, and its history. Ideally located 15 minutes from Colmar, 🎡 the Little Prince Park, and the Alsace Ecomuseum, as well as 30 minutes from Mulhouse and 🎿 40 minutes from Markstein. Within a 10-minute radius, a wealth of activities awaits you: 💃 cabaret, 👙 spa, ⛳ golf, 🐎 horseback riding, 👟 hiking, 🍴 restaurants, 🍷 wineries, and more.

🏠 The cottage is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace Wine Route or discovering the Vosges Mountains (Petit & Grand Ballons), 🎿 with their ski slopes in winter and lakes in spring and summer. 🏡 The first apartment is 56 m² with one bedroom and a living room, sleeping 4 people.

🪜 It is located on the 1st floor of the house. This bright holiday rental is equipped with:

🍴 a fully equipped kitchen-dining area (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle)

🛋️ a living area with a TV and a double sofa bed,

🛏️ 1 bedroom with a large double bed,

🛁 a bathroom with a bathtub, vanity, and hair dryer,

🚽 a separate toilet.



🏡 The second apartment, 58 m², with two bedrooms and a living room, sleeps 6 people.

🪜 It is located on the 2nd floor of the house. This bright holiday rental is equipped with:

🍴 a fully equipped kitchen/dining area (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle)

🛋️ a living area with a TV and a double sleeper sofa,

🛏️ 🛏️ 2 bedrooms, each with a large double bed,

🛁🚿 a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, double sink vanity, and hairdryer,

🚽 a separate toilet.



🏓 On the ground floor is a garage-style space where you can gather to share meals; there’s also a ping-pong table to liven up your stay.

⚠️ This garage-style space is not heated.



👕 A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing set on the ground floor of the house rounds out the property’s amenities.



🏡 You’ll have the entire house to yourselves. Always with the goal of ensuring your utmost satisfaction during your stay:
