Staff was untrained. Front desk woman was falling asleep/ nodding off on Sat. morning. Asst. Manager does not know customer service. Housekeepers cannot understand English. I was sick for 6 days with pneumonia and was TOLD to check out a day early with NO REASON. My bank flagged my card for Fraud ...

Staff was excellent. Had a conference there and the banquet staff was great, food was good, but nothing special. Restaurant was standard bar food, but they also had games for kids
