The apartment is located in the side wing of the bungalow. The DTV certification is in progress, we expect 4 stars. Property surrounded by characterful deciduous trees in a quiet location. a blossom paradise, especially due to the old valuable rhododendron population. 20 valuable sequoias border the garden to the west. The bungalow with extension is on the garden plot with a large cottage garden. A former Heuerhaus, historical carriage house (formerly Peat shed), well, bakehouse, Large garden area. Cottage garden with fountain. Small bakery Cozy fireplace. Sauna and heated swimming pool with salt water electrolysis, with renewable energies - environmentally friendly heat pump and PV system operated (due to service work only in operation from mid / end of September 2017). Power supply for all apartments via a PV system and electricity storage. The 4 star DTV certification. Bicycles available. Address for GPS: Langer Weg 10-12, 26655 Westerstede. Jedoch ist die Wohnung nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Es fehlt einfach ein Raum und es gibt außer dem Bett keinen weiteren Schlafplatz. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner, als das Inserat hoffen lässt! Der Wohn- / Schlafraum ist perfekt ausgeklügelt: ein Raumteiler trennt das gemütliche Bett vom Wohn- / Essraum. Es gibt einen Esstisch für 4 Personen, eine gemütliche große Couch, einen großen Fernseher und eine Menge Bücherregale mit unzähliger Literatur zum Schmökern. Die Küche ist groß und komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht! Oft fehlt uns in Ferienwohnungen dieses oder jenes - aber hier war wirklich alles vorhanden (das Einzige, was wir zusätzlich benutzt haben, waren unsere bruchsicheren Kinderbecher, damit kein Glas zu kaputt geht). Highlights: Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, separater Gefrierschrank. Das Bad war auch zu unserer Zufriedenheit - Toilette, große Dusche, ein Waschbecken mit viel Regalflächen für die eigenen Sachen und als absolutes Highlight: eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (mit kleinen Kindern sammelt sich selbst beim kürzesten Aufenthalt sofort Dreckwäsche an)! Der Garten mit den Sequoias ist wunderschön..., die Kinder konnten sich prima austoben. Ein wenig mehr Pflege könnte er vertragen, aber so ein großer Garten bedeutet eben viel Arbeit. Das Poolhaus ist ein tolles Extra - leider hatten wir keine Zeit zum Eintauchen, aber das Häuschen mit der Tür und den Fliesen hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Es war trotz direkter Nachbarn sehr ruhig in der Ferienwohnung (den größten Lärm haben wenn dann wir mit den Kindern gemacht...!). Parken konnten wir direkt vor unserer Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, es hat alles gut geklappt. Wir werden uns diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall für weitere Unternehmungen merken! ##### Gabriella A.
