"This hotel is in a perfect location—safe and easy to get to anything nearby. Most of the staff were attentive and kind, and the manager overseeing the cleaning and kitchen crews was a standout: warm, welcoming, and genuinely personable. The front desk staff were good overall, though one manager's demeanor noticeably cooled once she learned I'd booked through a third-party site—she became short and unhelpful, which felt out of place given how pleasant everyone else was. That aside, the property itself is clean, comfortable, and well located. I'd stay here again."
