We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. Two things disappointed me a bit: only cash is accepted (at least at the specific moment when I wanted to pay) and receptionist wasn't able to call a taxi when I came to him on 5AM to take us to airport (yes, hotel is very close to airport but it was a heavy shower outside that time)."

"My wife and I stayed in the Imperial Playa Hotel, for the first time, and we had an excellent experience. The receptionist Abdullah welcomed us, and made us feel, as if we were home, he made us feel comfortable. The room, on the third floor, facing the ocean, is very clean, and has bath towels, soap, etc.. the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would go back to the Imperial Playa Hotel, and recommend it to my family and friends."
