Staff was friendly, but impossible to sleep with the AC turning on, could hear every footstep from the room above us, and every door around our room open and close. With it being near the airport people come and go at all hours of the night and you can hear them. Barely slept 15 minutes. The bathroom floor appeared dirty, but the bedroom seemed thoroughly cleaned. "

" I was extremely disappointed with my family’s recent experience at this hotel. After a long drive, my young son used the bathroom, unaware that the energy-efficient toilet required holding the flush button down. He flushed multiple times without realizing it wasn’t draining properly. When I entered the bathroom shortly after to check for towels, I discovered the toilet had overflowed and was leaking into the room. I reported it immediately to the front desk.
