You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
### Apartment 2 rooms, close to Friedrichstrasse, 100 to the beach
2-room apartment with approx. 37 m² on 1 level for up to 2 people in the heart of Westerland. Very quiet area. The apartment is on the 5th floor (accessible by elevator) and has the balcony to the east side. Therefore, it is usually protected from the wind, so that you can also use the balcony. In the morning sun z. B. for breakfast. A parasol is also in the apartment. Non smoking. Pets are not allowed.
It is 50 m to WEGST and 100 m to the main beach 100 m (crossing directly next to the Miramar Hotel) to Friedrichstrasse, the Westerland promenade. An Edeka market can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The Westerland Syltness Center or leisure pool "Sylter Welle" in 4 minutes on foot.
The view from the living room is over the eastern part of Westerland. The lighthouse of Rantum can be seen in the dark.
The living room has a TV with DVD drive, sofa set and a dining table and a folding desk.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) and wardrobe
Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, towel warmer and hairdryer.
An ironing board with iron and shoe cleaning supplies is also available for emergencies.
Bicycle parking spaces are in front of the house. Shared use of washing machine and dryer for a fee.
The tourist tax is included in the administration fee. You will receive the spa cards 10 days before arrival.

#### Perfekte Lage in Westerland
Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out lief alles reibungslos. Keine böse Überraschung, die Wohnung ist wie beworben. Die Lage ist super und trotzdem ruhig. Alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, ist vorhanden. Nur ein WLAN fehlt aber am Ende ist es ein Weg, noch besser abzuschalten.

Die Lage der Wohnung geht gar nicht besser, super zentral, nah zum Strand aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die modernste aber es war alles sauber und heile. Für einen Kurztrip nach Sylt kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

#### Zentral aber alt
Die Lage der FeWo war sehr gut 1 Min. zur Fussgängerzone und 5 Min. zum Strand. Die Wohnung hatte kein WLAN, war relativ klein und die Einrichtung war aus den 60ziger Jahren. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und das Kopfkissen und die Decken sind akut erneuerungsbedürftig. Insgesamt nur sehr bedingt empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Westerland in Strandnähe gelegen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist. Der Bahnhof und der Busbahnhof sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Da wir nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung waren, können wir über die Wohnung nicht so viel berichten. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat alles sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Schlüssel und die Kurkarten werden einem vorab zugeschickt. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, zentral in Westerland. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, hat alles super geklappt und wir waren zufrieden. Schön wäre es, wenn man einen W-LAN-Zugang gehabt hätte. Aber ansonsten alles bestens.

#### Sehr erholsamer Urlaub, nur zu empfehlen
Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen urlaub auf sylt verbracht. Ablauf war super easy und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist klasse! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier in der Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Decke des Balkons ist leider sehr schäbig. Alle anderen Balkone sind gestrichen in dem Haus, nur dieser leider nicht. Dieses sollte dringend nachgeholt werden. Leider gab es kein W-Lan, das wäre in der heutigen Zeit auch sehr wünschenswert.

Die FeWo liegt zentral an der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Schritte von Strand und Uferprommenade entfernt. Dank der Zusendung von Schlüssel und Kurkarte konnte ich flexibel anreisen und hatte keine zusätzlichen Wege. Alles bestens.
