The sand is terrific, it squishes between your toes and feels soft and conforming with every step! Seldom crowded by the few who share beach rights the views are amazing and less than 1 mile away you have a perfect view of Duck Island. Once you pull yourself away from the beach you are sure to fall in love with this amazing home. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it easily accommodates 9 guests The Space: Welcome to Duckling Crossing. Most female ducks hatch five ducklings. Since we have five children, as they were growing up, we always referred to them as our little “ducklings”. We still do! Even though some of our little ducklings have ducklings of their own now. Coincidentally, Duck Island is right out our window and their are plenty of ducks that love to swim in the beautiful waters. Duckling Crossing seems like the perfect name for our beach home. Come and see for yourself. The Space: The home has four bedrooms with two bathrooms and a large private beach & entertainment space inside and out. Inside has updated appliances and brand-new furnishings to match this completely remodeled home. Bedrooms on the second floor accompany a full bath, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Downstairs is a living area with comfy seating to relax, a dining room table for 8 plus two additional stools tucked under the island, and a modern kitchen. Outdoors features a seating area with an outdoor gas grill provided for grilling, and the beach, did we mention the beach? Exceptional clean and painting new.Hits: Umbrellas, should be a 10X 20 pop up in grilling area, we brought our own 10x10.Stairs a bit narrow. Stair cut-away in front of washer/dryer dangerous, we put a bench in front of opening. Being able to step out the back door and be on the beach was the best part of the house. For me I would need a bigger house with for 5 adults and 2 child. Also with that size would need TV in every room due the size. You could also look at it a different way...if you time was on the beach you would need a bigger house or TVs.
