The relax man is OK for a short stop over. We are in the vacation rental business here on Cape Cod and every once in a while, we are totally booked including our little efficiency so we look for a place to stay for a few days.. The corner room that we had number 26 was very spacious had a full-size sulfur king size bed a table for breakfast. If you decide have coffee or a sandwich in the afternoon, they have a good size apartment and microwave. The pool looked inviting, but we didn’t use it.. They really don’t do a good job in the upkeep of the units. The light fixture above the table had two lightbulbs only one was working. The floor was never washed. I’d say months I washed the floor and the towels that I use came back black not black.

The room and property was as expected for the price of about $78 per night, off-season. Water pressure was good; shower, sink, and toilet worked well. Was a bit musty inside, windows remain from the old days: thin and not locked securely. Owner and staff were pleasant.

This was a quick overnight stay. The area outside is clean with free parking. No free breakfast but there is a nice breakfast /coffee place across the street. Check in and Check out was easy. The room was clean. Love that the floor is not rugged. Quiet area even with it being on a main road. I would stay here again. Overall rate 5/5

It is what it is. The hotel / motel is older. The towels need to be replaced ASAP definitely was not a fan of that and the rooms just need a refresh. The cost is what it is. Loved that they were so friendly and welcoming. Customer service was great just need a renovation o that way you feel like you can relax in the space.
