"Room was clean and newish looking. It was bright. AC was working. Bedside table had each had a box of tissue. It was disappointing that there was only 2 pool towel, 1 handhold and 1 wash cloth in the room. So pool towels were to be used as bath towels. So we used the towels for pool and did not have bath towels. No shampoo in shower, only body wash, conditioner and lotion. Staff may need better training. Everything else was fine. Room rate was good. We’ve stayed here before and the rooms look better this time. Under new management? Would stay here again."

"This place all around was beautiful, the location is great. My only complaint was that our coffee maker was missing a piece and I let the front office know about it and instead of getting a new piece or new coffee maker they told me oh well nothing they can do about it. They have a coffee bar from 8-10am but we have a baby so our mornings start at 5am so not having a coffee maker in the room sucked."

"We live nearby, but decided to stay here while attending a nearby wedding. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a spacious lobby, plenty of seating, a lovely bar, and welcoming atmosphere. The live jazz music added a wonderful touch to the ambiance. Our room was clean and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the large shared balcony. Unfortunately, there was no outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the view or listen to the live band playing below. A few chairs would have made the balcony more inviting. We booked a Jr. suite, while the bathroom was generously sized, the lighting was extremely dim, particularly around the vanity. The sconces provided barely enough lighting to apply makeup or get ready. Although the shower light was bright, it was too far away to illuminate the rest of the space. The walls seemed thin, and we could clearly hear children running down the hallway and guests talking late into the night. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the sheets were worn and felt scratchy. New sheet and higher thread count would have made for a more comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast service had only one server attending to all the tables. Additional staffing during busy breakfast hours would've been helpful. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, especially its beautiful common areas, spacious rooms, and inviting atmosphere. With a few improvements it'll be a great place to stay."
