"Tough stay this weekend, no housekeeping, very dirty bathroom puppy weekend but never received gift voucher even booked a third night spent so much hard earned $ no hospitality no communication very bad experience."

Iris Hotel Cape Cod
"As others have mentioned, the bar and restaurant were closed which was a shame because it's nice. Receptionist did not seem to know when it would be open. Room was clean but shower was cold and soap was empty. That being said, we would stay there again. Great location."

"Overall the house was nice. There were a few cleanliness issues, like what appeared to be dried fruit mix dumped in the cutlery drawer and left there. The basic amenities like soap and detergent were not readily available, was enough for one wash. The hair dryer was missing and the host didn’t offer ..."

"I had a spectacular time staying at the cottage, location was fantastic, hosts were lovely, they even left us a pint of chocolate ice cream in the freezer! Total pleasure!"
