"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Das Zimmer war etwas altmodisch entsprach nicht der Beschreibung . das Frühstück war sehr einfach, Max. 3SterneStandard und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Masse statt Qualität. Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. Insgesamt Preis Leistung nicht angemessen, zu teuer und gibt mit 4 Sternen bessere Hotels im Ort "

"Great hotel with good food and very friendly staff. Nice rooms and nice sauna/swimming pool facilities. The bus towards the slopes stops directly in front of the hotel, so there's no need of taking the car."
