Once a booking is confirmed, all guests 18 and over are required to submit a photo of their IDs within 24 hours.
Bookings +13 days require additional cleanings at the guest cost, every 2-weeks through the stay. $140 cleaning fee will be added stay is booked.
We do NOT allow animals. If you attempt to bring an animal, you will be charged a fine of $1000. Any SA MUST follow all rules/guidelines for SA.
