This is a ground-floor apartment with three stairs at the front entry and two in back, in a one-level building in a residential neighborhood.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed -- in a great location. "Loved the 'home away from home' overall feel of the place. The washer/dryer combo a major plus. Perhaps leaving brief instructions on using TV in living room (i.e multiple user accounts) would benefit some guests, however I didn't personally use the living room tv. Good location, close to beach, and hosts are communicative and prompt in responding. Paid a bit more than I usual do, for 1 night, but needed a place last minute and the location won me over for the moment."
