The owner greeted us and gave us a personal tour of the property so we knew where to find everything. The property was very clean and it is beautifully decorated. We appreciated some of the “basics” being in the property, like shampoo and dishes. They even bought a new grill while we were there so we could grill! They gave us personalized recommendations regarding points of interest in the area. We could tell how much they genuinely love Palm Beach and how much they care about their guests enjoying their visit. The host couple are very nice, friendly people. They were available at all times since they live in the same building. The one thing to be aware of is that the apartment might not be suitable for people with small children, or for elderly folks, since every single room has to be accessed via steps.
