The spacious, cozy interior features plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind. Whether you\`re lounging at the beach, exploring local attractions, or enjoying a peaceful evening at home, this is the ideal spot for your next vacation. ☛ We allow pets for a one-time fee of $100 per pet. Please disclose how many pets you\`re bringing after booking, as any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee, on top of any cleaning and/or damage fees. ☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund \*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued. ☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund MINIMUM AGE IS 24 After booking, you\`ll need to fill up a short online check in form for security purposes. Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash. \* Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday mornings. \* If pickup happens during your reservation, please return the bins to the house after collection. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
