The spacious, cozy interior features plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind. Whether you\`re lounging at the beach, exploring local attractions, or enjoying a peaceful evening at home, this is the ideal spot for your next vacation. ☛ We allow pets for a one-time fee of $100 per pet. Please disclose how many pets you\`re bringing after booking, as any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee, on top of any cleaning and/or damage fees. ☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund \*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued. ☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund ☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 24 ☛ After booking, you\`ll need to fill up a short online check in form for security purposes. ☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash. ☛ Bringing undisclosed pet will incur a $300 fee, on top of any additional cleaning and/or damage fees incurred ☛ Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday mornings. \* If pickup happens during your reservation, please return the bins to the house after collection. Host/property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. You also understand and expressly agree that if you fail to report any uncleanliness issues or damages accompanied by timestamped photos within this 2-hour window: (1) you will be deemed to have accepted the home and property’s condition at the time of your check-in, and (2) you will then be responsible for full payment of any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the normal post-stay cleaning process, and (3) Host will be entitled to recoup payment from you for any corresponding charges that may apply.
