About the place:
-The entire downstairs of this 1,343 sf 3 bedroom and one bath is yours!
-Relax in style with the local, upscale Palm Beach Regency decorative style. Think Hollywood’s Golden Age mixed with old Florida charm along with West Indies style antiques four poster beds and mosquito nets. You will feel like you have been transported back in time!
-Not only will you be close to everything, you will be surrounded by beautiful art by the famous, second generation FL Highwaymen artist Ray McLendon!
-What's more Florida than alligators? We have playfully decorated the unit with alligators. There is a 16" golden alligator door pull, a three foot golden alligator in front of the fireplace, and cute stuffed alligators throughout. Oh did, we mention, the alligator downspouts?
-Each room has a Four Seasons bed loved by discerning guests around the world to ensure you get a better night's sleep!
-This historical Mission style building was built in 1920 by farmer merchant Charles Leininger Kegerreis and Mary Kegerreis. Charles who were born in 1865 and died in West Palm Beach in 1954. According to the Palm Beach City Historic Preservation Planner, it is a "local example of a Mission apartment building representative of a period of phenomenal growth in West Palm Beach from 1915 - 1930."
-You’re renting the entire, downstairs unit of this two- story duplex. If you have young children like we do, it's perfectively suited for those with active and happy feet. We also have children's books, stuffed animals, and even a high chair.
-We host a number of groups visiting West Palm Beach for work events, weddings, and reunions. We also have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath upstairs unit. If available, you can also rent both units, i.e. the entire building for your group. If you do, please do not mix up items between units.
-OEKO-TEX® certification ensures all our 100% 400 thread, long staple cotton sheets are free from toxins and chemicals, making them safe for your family and friends. All bath towels are also 100% Turkish cotton.

-In case you forget, we also provide toothpaste, floss, hairspray, q-tips, toner…
-Full washer and dryer hook ups en-suite
-Love to recycle? We have a small green recycle bin in every unit. You can then transfer them to the city’s blue and yellow bigger recycle containers on the side of the building. Please rinse out food containers before or just trash them if you don’t feel like doing so.
-Jungle wall with a pink neon "Find me under the palms" sign at the entrance. Great for social media pics!
-We have keyless pad entry and will send you the code 3 days before your arrival. Just enter it, and you're in. That's it!

The Golden Alligator was one of the most interesting homes we have rented on VRBO. Mai and Eric have made very creative and thoughtful upgrades to this 1920s era home.
The bedrooms were very comfortable with high quality linens which made for restful nights.
The home is located about five minutes from PBI airport and a similar drive to downtown and Rosemary Square..
This was the cutest little house from the outside to the inside. Every detail was thought of when decorating. Very very clean, the softest beds and sheets. This is a must stay if visiting West Palm. Minutes from everything. Eric and Mai were the sweetest host and were there if we needed anything. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Plenty of room for a family. We’ll stay again! Thanks for everything!
These Host are Top Tier!! Accommodating, very helpful and just all around great people!! Vibes were amazing and unique, enjoy a stay at this gator themed treasure!! You won't be disappointed🐊. Thanks again for everything!
Great little place that is out of reach of traffic issues. This was a place for us to sleep at night so we were not on the property a lot all week. Owners were really nice and attentive.
