The listing comes with 2 complimentary parking spots. Once parked, you walk along left side of the building to your unit door.   
  
You use a keyless keypad to enter the home. Type in the code to each unit and welcome yourselves to our open layout  
  
The Home in a great neighborhood close to downtown West Palm Beach and the beaches.Walking distance from shops, restaurants, a splash pad, a coffee shop, a playground, and more! Being only a 5 minute drive from the airport, you can see the airplanes landing in the distance! Travel made easy!

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?  
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.  
  
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?  
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you a \`starter-pack\` of toilet paper for you and your group.  
  
Q: When can I check in or check out?  
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10:00am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either..  
  
Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?  
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags in the home for check-in starting at 1pm. For check-outs, you may keep your bags in the space until 12 noon. If these storage times do not help, you may use Radical Storage to store your bags for your optimal time :)  
  
Q: Can I come and go as I please?  
A: Yes. And we wouldn\`t trust any listing with which this isn\`t the case.  
  
Q: What about parking?  
A: We have two parking spots for you on the property :)  
  
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?  
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.  
  
Q: What\`s my total booking price?  
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don\`t actually control this.  
  
Q: Are the beds comfortable?  
A: Very. Some guests say they\`re the best they\`ve ever slept on!  
  
You have full access to your unit, the shared backyard pool, and the backyard stomp pad with seating+umbrella.  
  
We\`re here to help as you need!

#### The best stay ever

The house was so clean the location was perfect. It was downtown next to everything didn’t have to worry about traveling far to experience West Palm. It was just a amazing state and the bedrooms was just right I most definitely stay in again when I go to West Palm.

#### Close to everything in West Palm Beach

The unit is situated in a central location, there are so many activities, and restaurants near by; the beaches are a short car ride away. The price for this home is very reasonable and is also well equipped. This is a home away from home, especially if you travel with family. We enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back soon.

Second time staying with this ownership group. I’m here for work so it means a lot to have a comfortable place to come home to. The Property was great. When I’m back in town I’ll definitely try their inventory first. Really enjoyed the houses.

#### Very disappointed

We rented this place for 3 days, despite the last negative review we read, we were in contact with the host to make sure, above all, cleanliness and the smell of cigarettes were in optimal condition, since we explained to the host that my husband and I have critical health conditions (lungs disease and cancer). The host assured us that this was not going to happen. Despite the fact that we paid for 3 days, we arrived at the property the second day we rented at 10 PM and the smell of cigarettes was irresistible and we had to look for accommodation at that time since we couldn't stay there. Right away, we wrote to the host and after a back-and-forth conversation, the host agreed to talk to the owners to give us a refund. We have not received a response or a refund even though the fact that we do not use the property at all. I believe that when you have a property for rent you should be more communicative and honest because no one knows what economic effort we do to rent these properties. We hope that no one goes through this bad experience and we hope that the owners will consider this for us.
