There is plenty of room, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a small den. The place has lots of character and is well-maintained. Being in a residential area, is a bit of a walk from the home to anything commercial such as restaurants, so one should plan to have a car or to Uber to most places. The (remote) host was quick to respond to questions. Ferney is an excellent host. He provided all of the information we needed upon our arrival, and was highly responsive when we had questions and requests. The house is located in the Old Northwood neighborhood which is a great place to visit with its many historical homes and proximity to downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.
