The house features 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a modern kitchen, laundry facilities, an expansive outside dining/living area with ceiling fans and a private pool. There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also a large fully detached, fully furnished, and equipped 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabana that has been meticulously restored and updated with a kitchen/living/dining room and an upscale bathroom (with separate laundry room). Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. This house was perfect for our group of family and friends. Not only was the location amazing, but the guest house allowed us all to have privacy and time away. My favorite part of this house was the outside sitting areas! The side porch with reclining chairs was my favorite!! The manager met us upon arrival and gave us a tour.
