The heart of the villa is the open-plan living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring West Palm Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or step outside to the courtyard and utilize the BBQ grill for a delightful outdoor dining experience. *There is double-sided, adjoining door between the Studio and the Villa that locks from each side. If desired, both of the units can be rented to create a 3 bedroom space.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed on the property.
Beach chairs are located in the black, storage bin behind the outdoor patio furniture.
