Luxurious Brand-New 2 Bedroom

Summary:
This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short walk to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

The apartment was clean and fresh , very conveniently located, I couldn’t see anything close enough to walk to, (convenience stores etc) but everything is a quick 4-8 minutes drive. I have never been in a VRBO where the host provided so many extras, from hair elastics ( i don’t use those) a steamer in both bedrooms, dental floss sticks, extra towels, beach furniture and umbrellas etc. The decor was clean and modern and the natural light coming in the apartment is great. The apartment is also very quiet which is a plus, a fully equipped kitchen is also provided.

Place was spacious with some very nice touches in terms of personal amenities (umbrellas, steamers, beach cart, beach chairs, towels, etc.) Walking distance to a a brewery, distillery and food hall. We would happily stay again.

The place was in a great location. Easy to get everywhere. Parking at the property was easy. The host was super responsive and provide all details needed for the stay. Most well appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in

The condo interior is completely new, contemporary, beautifully decorated and most importantly has everything you really want when you’re traveling and land at your rental - comfortable beds, great showers, nice coffee maker, bathroom amenities every woman (or man) truly needs, details in the closets like a steamer, clean iron and clothes hamper. These owners just get it and have eliminated every annoying thing about vacation rentals - it’s spotless, well-appointed, tasteful and they don’t require you to check out at dawn or ask you to wash the bed linens and towels before you go. They’re also great communicators - I look forward to staying again when I’m in West Palm. We really appreciated such great attention details - well done!

2 Days in Spring Training

The condoe was very close to the airport and has good access to all highways leading to town. Drive to the coast takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The condoe was clean and well appointed with supplies...coffee, toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc... The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but its not unsafe...just not an area with much close by in the way of restaurants, shopping, etc. No complaints from us...just would have preferred a more touristy type environment. Definitely would recommend though if needing to be nearer to the airport as our stay was very pleasant.
