This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty free as we have a Firm Cancellation policy. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries that take place on the property. 2) You agree to know and agree to the following fees: A) Late checkout: Any late checkout without prior request AND approval, WILL result in a $50 fee starting, and an additional $50 for every half hour after. B) Smoking is strictly prohibited. If caught smoking in the home, a fee of $50 will be charged for each day of the violation. The driveway is reserved for Main House guests. 11) Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are left unopened/unused.
