Designer 3BR Home Minutes from Downtown and Beach!

Charming 1925 Residence with 3BR 3 Bath. The front door opens to our open living space with wood floors throughout and many windows to let sun shine in. The sun room is equipped with a 14 ft. couch and TV for your favorite shows. At the center is the heart of the home, the dark green dining room. Out back, you'll find a beautiful gravel yard with a dining table and seating area, creating an additional living room under the lights. In the heart of historic El Cid neighborhood and very walkable.
The space
Off of the green dining room we have the kitchen and 3 living areas. They offer a unified feel to the house while also making each room feel separate. Upstairs, you'll find our 3 bedrooms with a king in the primary, queen in the guest, and one of which is an office for WFH.
