A large sink, Ninja blender, and cooking utensils are at your disposal, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the wooden table that seats six for delightful dining experiences. And let's not forget our coffee station—because nothing beats starting your day with a hot cup of coffee or winding down with a book and your favorite series.



Retreat to the primary bedroom, where a king-sized bed awaits with fresh linens, a night lamp for bedtime reading, and curtains for privacy. The en-suite bathroom offers added convenience and comfort of a luxury of a shower-bathtub combo, bath rug, superior hot water pressure, and one bath and personal towel per guest. Perfect for relaxation, the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, closet space, and fresh linens for a restful sleep. Ideal for families or groups, the third bedroom offers two twin beds, a Smart TV, night lamp, and fresh linens, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The second bathroom provides a refreshing shower experience, bath rug, excellent hot water pressure, and essential amenities for your convenience.



We've got your parking needs covered with designated parking that can accommodate three vehicles, ensuring hassle-free arrivals and departures. At Palm Wave Stays, every detail is designed to enhance your stay, from the cozy living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen and inviting bedrooms. Whether you're here for work or leisure, our property promises a memorable and enjoyable experience.



To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.



Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.



Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
