About this property

The Gray House

  • The Gray House is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Paducah Airport (Barkley Regional Airport), 7 minutes from the Kentucky Oaks Mall area, and 19 minutes from Downtown Paducah! It has an open living room into the dining room, which makes it a great place to hangout and socialize with friends & family! It also has a large front porch for those nice evenings/nights that you may want to sit outside and enjoy the Western Kentucky weather! This cozy home is one that you are sure to fall in love with!

    This is a nonsmoking home, please refrain from smoking inside the property. If evidence of smoking inside the property is found after your stay a $150 charge will be made to your card on file.

    Please contact us if you are needing to sleep more than 6 people. We do have some options available for a charge of $25/extra person.

    Pet Fee is $100/pet

    Upon leaving, we ask that you load all dirty dishes in the dish washer, place all dirty linen and towels in the clothes basket, and take out all trash.
