Our hosts gifted us some beautiful farm fresh eggs from their flock which was a real treat. This early 1800s house defies description so we’ll just leave it at “charming”. The house welcomes you as soon as you step inside. Tastefully furnished, comfortable bed and linens, kitchen is expertly equipped for making meals. East facing deck provides a warm and sunny place for having that first cup of coffee while watching the red Cardinal birds in the trees. In the midst of acres of farmland we were free to relax, watch deer and other wildlife, and breathe that fresh air. Our hosts even gave us fresh eggs from their flock of chickens.
