Both bathrooms are located on the first floor. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a daybed with trundle underneath in the sunroom on the first floor for those guests who may have difficulty with stairs. This setup ensures easy access to the bathroom located on the same level, offering convenience and comfort during stay.

Family gathering spot!

We stayed there for our son's wedding. It was a fun house and had everything we needed. We loved the cute little town and being able to walk to stores and food! Parking was nice to have off street and it was easy to find. We had lots of extended family stop by to say hello and there was plenty of room for everyone! Would totally stay there again! Thank you!!

Home away from home.

Beautiful home. So much better than a hotel. Stayed here for a local baseball tournament. Everyone in the town were so friendly. Love the small town.

We had to prep flowers for a wedding the day we arrived. Lots of great room for a projects and people. Located in a Sweet little community. We enjoyed the local pizza place, coffee shop and ice cream parlor

Such a sweet house

We loved our stay at the Miami Pearl. It is in a a great location and right across the street is a wonderful ice cream parlor. The kids loved the game room. And we loved the decor.

Cute, cozy, and fun!

We stayed for my daughter’s 13th birthday with a couple of her friends. They had a ball in the game room and theater. The whole house has different themes, the girls loved the Paris room.

Family Girls Trip

We stayed for only one night, but wish that we would have stayed another night to enjoy the house. Between the movie room, game room and outside patio area we definitely felt like we needed more time to fully enjoy the home. We felt like the owners really take the time to make sure the house has everything that is needed when you are away from your own home. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas

We had an amazing family Christmas! Our family continues to grow, we are up to 25, parents, kids, grandkids, great grandkids! I needed a place so we could all pray, eat and open gifts together. The Miami Pearl was perfect for our family. The hosts were amazing, going out of their way to help accommodate our large family for the holidays.

Fun Birthday Sleepover

Everything was clean and provided for. There was great communication with the owners as well. We loved the different themed rooms and enjoyed the theater and game rooms! We only wished there had been a recycling bin but understand that might be out of their reach.

Fantastic stay!

My family stayed at the Miami Pearl in October 2024. We had the best time! The little touches the owners have incorporated took this place from great to amazing. We enjoyed the coffee pot and espresso machine. The theater room with recliners was the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The fans in the bedrooms were a blessing for those that need the white noise. The outdoor space is large and comfortable. And let's not forget all the fun in the game room. We will definitely be back!

Great House, Wonderful Stay

The house is awesome! There’s something for everyone from the youngest to the oldest. There is a playroom for the littles, a game room & movie room for all ages, and a living room where the adults can relax. It’s located in the little town of West Milton. There are cute little shops for souvenirs, a coffee shop, an ice cream shop and a couple restaurants all within walking distance. But most importantly for us it was less than 10 minutes from Troy, Ohio so we could visit family. The hosts are amazing and go above and beyond to provide a great experience. This is a place we plan to stay in again.

Beautiful Home, Perfect old town beauty

We were in town for the Blue Angels and found this little gem 💎 To start the hosts were very responsive and detailed communication. The house was everything described and more! Cleanliness was too notch , game room was a hit for our 3 children, as well as the theater room!! I've cream shop across the street less than a 1 minute walk also owned by the hosts The themed rooms were very cool we only stayed one night the kids didn't want to leave , outdoor seating was also very beautiful! 10 star review if I could highly recommend this home for a stay if you are in this area. We also cruised around and checked out waterfalls perfectly hidden throughout the town and nearby towns so much to see and we lived the old town look and feel it was home away from home thank you for your hospitality during our short stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙂💎

An Adorable Property

My family and I spent 2 nights at this property. It is on a main street in town with cute shops an all sides. There was plenty of parking and the check-in process was easy. Access directions were sent plenty early and were very clear. The house included some surprise welcome gifts and was decorated with such cute themes. The added accessories in every room made everything even more comfortable. We enjoyed a movie night in the home theater and some great meals using the kitchen and the grill. The outside area was very comfortable, as were the dining and living rooms inside. The kids loved the game room when we had some down time. Overall a great stay with gracious hosts.

Our New Home Away from Home

For the past 40 years we have been driving from the Cleveland Area and visiting my sister's farm in Arcanum. I grew up going to this farm and it was like my own. When my sister (who is 13 years older than me) had to move to a retirement home it was devastating to think we could no longer come to the farm when we visit family as her grandson's family now lives there. But the Miami Pearl Home was to be our new normal and it was perfect for our family. Only 15 minutes to the farm we took to it right away. They have everything...A movie room...a game room, a huge beautiful table to eat and play games on, an inviting patio, sleeps 8 in rooms that are like a fantasies, and a retro kitchen that is just so fun to be in! It's roomy, lots of attention to detail and the overall vibe is so great! My family and I fell in love with the space and hopefully we can make this the new normal when we visit our family...in fact my youngest granddaughter did not want to leave! Robin thank you for rescuing our family and creating a space that made us feel at home again...it was a wonderful! experience!

Downtown gem, lots of space & activities

Adorable downtown home with great attention to detail! Our family enjoyed the theater space with popcorn, the game room, and both the private outdoor space and the front porch on Main Street outdoor space! The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and well equipped. The hosts were attentive and available for questions or issues. We walked to nearby restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, ice cream right across the street, and the West Milton waterfalls! The waterfall was an unexpected treat! What clearly used to be a tourist attraction is no longer maintained, but we were still able to make our way down there, and what a hidden treasure the town has in those beautiful falls! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend without hesitation. My one caution is that the bathrooms are both on the main floor while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. If someone in your group struggles with stairs or gets up for the bathroom a lot in the night, this could be difficult. Part of me is glad I didn’t know because I might not have booked this gem though…so it turned out well for our group! We were here in early fall, so downtown businesses closed early, most shops by 4, so plan accordingly so you can stroll the shops. If you have adolescent to young adult aged people in your party, the game room is phenomenal! We were here for a wedding in Springfield, but Cedarville is also quite close, so it was a good location for us with justdphenomenal!sccrowouldHerea

We were visiting family and found this house to be a very comfortable place to stay and visit. Children from 4 to 15 enjoyed the theater and game rooms. The kitchen and Parris bedrooms were also big hits for the themed decor. There’s a nice big living room for sitting around and talking and we enjoyed walking to breakfast.

We were in the area for work and enjoyed having a nice, comfortable home to unwind in. Each room is themed with different themes, so adorable! We enjoyed the game room, the theatre room and the 1950's theme kitchen.
