West Long Branch Holidays from £911

I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it . That’s why Holiday Inn sold it . They knew that’s what it needed .

Room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The views from the property were amazing! Nice and spacious as well. Will book again when I come back to NY!

It was a good hotel for the one night. I think if breakfast or parking($33) was included would be a little better. The pool area and fitness room were great.

This property is beautiful, and the room was thoughtfully designed with everything needed for a comfortable, luxurious stay. The valet and doorman were exceptionally kind and helpful, and it’s truly a dog-friendly hotel. The location is excellent, very safe and just minutes from Central Park in Columbus Circle, with everything you need within walking distance. The restaurant likely offers one of the best views in the area, and the food was outstanding. Service, however, was a bit slow, with longer wait times even for simple requests like water. That said, the staff remained warm and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend making a reservation at the restaurant. The gym was small and often quite busy.

I love the spacious rooms with a separate space for sitting watching TV etc. Enough room to spread out. Wonderful break! The staff is super friendly and the area provides good proximity to shopping and bus lines to NYc. My daughter wanted a day away from the city and we found a beautiful marsh park to birdwatch in. It’s amazing how close to NYC and yet nature is abundant. This was our second visit I know we will return soon.
