  • Whether enjoying your morning coffee on the huge wrap around deck, gazing at the stars, or making smores gathered around the fireplace or fire pit, you will be creating beautiful memories with family and/or friends that will last a life time. This house has a 2-4 person barrel sauna, 5 seater 88 jet hot tub, fireplace, stone fire pit on a separate patio, gas grill, Ninja Coffee/Espresso Machine 12 cup Drip Coffee Maker and a Keurig coffee, 6 smart TV's, with dvd players (over 220 movies included), washer/dryer, pool table, ping pong, foosball, light up air hockey, games, toys, microwave, dishwasher, seasonal mountain views, gazebo, Koi gold fish pond, wrap-around deck, stream on secluded 5 1/2 acres. Near by - 17 miles from Hunter and Windham Mountains and 18 miles to Belleayre . Enjoy Breweries, Restaurants, boating, swimming, tubing (water & snow), hiking, pool, golfing, ice skating, fishing, water park, snowmobiling, etc.

Excellent end of summer trip !

Great property for families ! The game room got a ton of use and the loft beds were a big hit ! Having a loft in each bedroom upstairs was helpful ! Property is gorgeous and the kids had a ton of fun exploring!

Great house for friends

This house was perfect for my group of four friends on a hiking trip. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill, and plenty of towels and blankets. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do on our trip and the hot tub was a great bonus.

Family Vacation in the Catskills

We enjoyed this rental property very much! The location was beautiful and peaceful. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is it! Secluded Catskills Getaway

We loved our time at the Catskills Getaway. The home felt welcoming, the new kitchen was great for cooking, we enjoyed the hot tub and game room, and several trail hikes. Rick was very responsive, answering all inquiries promptly, and set up the home nicely for visitors. Thanks!

Quiet country home

Spent 3 nights with my husband, kids and friends during thanksgiving. House was fully equipped with all that you need. Game room in the basement was such a bonus. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Rick was very responsive to my questions. Would love to visit again during the spring.

Relaxing getaway

This was a beautiful property. My husband and our grown kids planned this getaway for my 50th birthday. It was everything I was looking for. It’s your own quiet sanctuary. I wanted to spend quality time together as a family and that’s just what we did. We made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to Rick and your family for sharing your beautiful home with my family. Relaxation

Home is very well stocked with everything you might need! Hot tub was wonderful to relax in! Game room and huge movie selection was great as the weather wasn't perfect but having all the extras there was a huge benefit, as our trip was solely to do alot of relaxing from everyday life. Cooked out on grill every night, and enjoyed every aspect of stay. Grocery store isn't far as we forgot a few things. Didn't need to contact host for anything though when I did speak to him, he was very pleasant!!

peacefull

Most relaxing, the property well situated amongst trees and woods. Plenty of clearing to enjoy the grounds for playing around. Our pitbull absolutely enjoyed the wandering and wooded areas. Local neighbors were very friendly. Many deer on the property every evening they would be out just after dark. Lots of games to keep you busy, WiFi worked great. The cabin was perfect, just bring your food and snacks. Everything else is there.

Country Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the mountainside house. The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 7. The kitchen was modern and had all the appliances. and cookware we needed .The entertainment system had everything you could think of from CDs and premium TV channels.The game room gets an A+ for keeping the kids busy.The highlight of our stay was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the countryside.A great family vaca.

Out of the way but nice stay

This house is not super close to Hunter or Windham… 25-30 min away so take that into account. It’s also out in the middle of nowhere with no cell signal. WiFi was totally needed. Owner is super nice and very attentive. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have lofts for single beds that are super high up and cramped … not for an adult. No firewood supplied by owner was a bummer. Pain in the neck to bring yourself or buy a few pieces for $10 at a store. Seems easy to supply wood with house. Very nice hot tub. Nice open common area for all to hang out. Cool hangout in basement with games and ping pong.

Everything was perfect! Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Any questions I had were addressed immediately by our host. The fireplace was so cozy while we watched TV or played games. I loved it here and hope to come back again in the spring.

This is officially our favorite house we’ve rented with Vrbo-definitely the best equip kitchen of all time. Rick was super nice guiding us through the check-in process and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the grounds. Such a beautiful time to be in New York in the ski area and just such a restful quaint experience for our family. The house was so well equipped and comfortable that we just enjoyed hanging out and enjoying Thanksgiving and the beautiful views. I can’t say enough wonderful things – thank you so much for loaning us your house for Thanksgiving! We would definitely love to come back again!
