The hike up to the cabin from the parking lot was a challenge but the owners have a well maintained and fully lite gravel pathway that gave my legs a workout every day💗 I highly recommend this fabulous cabin -it was a wonderful weekend! "This is my 5th time staying in the area in a rented home and this is definitely a favorite. The view is gorgeous, the furnishings were better than most rentals and we were very happy with our time. Also - often the drive to mountain homes can be treacherous and scary for a Florida gal - but the drive was easy. My son was graduating from App State so we had several trips to Boone and it was a quick and easy trip. I highly recommend this property."

"We loved this property! There was a lot of room including 3 full bathrooms and two balconies. The downstairs balcony was screened in. There are a lot of stairs so if you have anyone who doesn’t do well with stairs this may not be the property for you. There was a cute fire pit, but we didn’t get to use it due to rain. We did use the hot tub and it was nice. If you have light sleepers beware that the floors make a lot of noise when someone walks across them. The property was super clean and easy...

"This was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation. The cabin was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. Great, location, too! The cabin is in a quiet, rural setting and it was an easy drive to nearby attractions, as well.
