The neighborhood was lovely and fairly conveniently located - walkable to a small beach but not to restaurants (that we found). We didn't spend any time at the nearby beach and instead drove to other beaches around the Cape, but it was only a block or so away. The property itself was very nice. Super clean and really nicely decorated and appointed with all the kitchen essentials. Property management company was very responsive when we had trouble locating the key upon arrival. The house is beautifully remodeled and appointed with lovely decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and Del Mar proactively replaced the propane tank for the grill, which was so nice to not have to worry about having enough propane to grill.
