It comfortably sleeps six, with a queen bed in the master and two other bedrooms, each with two twin beds. It features a beautifully landscaped, private outdoor living space, with a large deck, oversize table, plenty of comfy outdoor seating, firepit and a new gas grill, all sure to make for beautiful Cape Cod evenings. It’s a quiet spot for a morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine, and plenty of lush lawn for games and running around. The enclosed outdoor shower is spacious and perfect for just rinsing off after the beach or for a more leisurely bathing experience in the afternoon sun. There is a claw-foot tub in the upstairs bathroom for a relaxing soak and an accessible, glass shower in the downstairs bathroom. There are also two indoor living areas – a sunroom and the main living room – each with a large-screen TV. And if you MUST work while on vacation, there is high speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a desk. But what makes this house the perfect destination for your Cape escape is that it’s safe, quiet and private, but still close to…everything! It it centrally located on Cape Cod which allowed us to visit beaches on the north and south side of the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and the property itself is very well maintained with plenty of outdoor seating if you want to retreat from the crowds while still enjoying the beautiful weather. The property is well-furnished and in terms of cleanliness, is nothing short of immaculate. This is likely the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is spacious and appears to have been recently updated with high end appliances. The yard and back deck are lovely. We found the beds to be comfortable. The living areas are spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive, and have great recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit.
