The female staff and younger male staff were very pleasant and accommodating at this location. The older man not so much. He even blocked my number from calls received at the front desk when I was asking for a new hair dryer to be brought to the room! He needs to learn about proper customer service!

My family and I stayed one night here and it was great. The room was very spacious. The lady st the front deck was such a wonderful sweet person. She directed us to local shopping options, and even asked about how our day was when we returned for the night. It felt like we were family. We didnt take part into breakfast due to being excited about a local donut shop, but the coffee was great!

Property looked a little sketchy at first as there were no other cars in the parking lot and the lot was pretty dark. Property was decent and clean with obvious renovations. For the price paid, I was comfortable with the condition of the property. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and decent. Only issue was no hot water at all at the bathroom sink, but shower had plenty of hot water. Would have informed front desk staff at checkout, but no one was there. Just a box for key card drop. Included breakfast was pretty basic but fair for the price.

Great hotel for my trip from Tennessee to Missouri
This is a very nice hotel. It’s a very much no-frills, but it was clean organized and the people were very nice. I just needed a place to stay for the night and it was there. The price is right just turned out perfect

This property is not a high end hotel but doesn't put itself out there as one. If you need that you'll have to go to Marion for a newer option. However, if you just need a clean quiet comfortable room and bed, with very friendly staff and good shower water pressure and temp, as I was. This will do just fine and at a good price.

Room, lobby, corridors all very clean. We had go depart early and were disappointed that their was no coffee at 5:30 AM. I know that breakfast hour was 6:00 till…. But I have more than a few times had to leave early and coffee was ready at 5:00 AM. Just saying. 😎

We were traveling out west and needed a place to spend the night. As always, I checked the reviews from other Expedia customers and use this information to try and choose a hotel or motel. In this case, as in many cases, there are a number of people who have some wild expectations for motels. This property was a little dated, however, it was certainly a comfortable stay. I would certainly recommend staying here if you need to make a stop while traveling. The only complaint I would have is there was an extremely limited breakfast offering. There were two types of cereals that were full of sugar, a few slices of bread, a few bagels, and what looked like tiny corn muffins. I decided to go for the Rice krispie treat!

Great Pick!
This was a one-night stop on the way through town and we decided to stay here based on other reviews. It was a great choice! The room was clean, there were lots of little touches that made it special, and the beds were super comfy. The ladies at the front counter were very nice as well. The breakfast was slim, so we just had a cup of coffee. We would stay here again without any hesitation!

Not for a nights rest.
This is a motel used by truckers due to truck parking surrounding the facility. They keep the engines running and so is the noise level unbearable. I had to use a sleeping pill to sleep at all. If you want a nights rest, find a different motel. I got what paid for.

Overall just ok
Rooms were clean but overall could use some paint (specially in the bathroom), AC, and showers. The halls spelled like food at all times. Theres no elevator and the railings on the stairs are loose. However, the staff was friendly.

We needed just one night stay passing through, and based reviews at other hotels, we decided to stay here. It was clean, staff was friendly and the room was good. Zero smell of mustyness or the smell of pot..no bugs of any kind...breakfast is ok, nothing fancy..but reasonably sufficient. Id recommend staying here, very reasonable price as well.

Given that it is a budget hotel, it was average for expectations. The room was clean( important) and the bed comfortable. The AC worked fine. The hotel ice maker was not working and the included breakfast was basically a toaster and stale bread products. Overall for a road trip stop it was not bad

Cheap room , host aka owner wife ? works long hours but needs lessons in friendliness ,Room was clean , small but sink did not drain right . Shower what expected for price . Room same hall down stairs stunk , young no issues with stairs , but if older you may have if on second floor. Stay 4 nights one morning at 6 am not ok am got a call are you ! Cooking ? No family not even up yet let alone cooking . Have 80k brand new truck parked out side and we’re cooking in hotel ? Maybe should have there breakfast is apple banana if there early as they put out 4 or 5 tops . Bread , coffee . If hade kids go across the street all you can eat buffet 12.99 breakfast 5.00 packages for kids plus drink etc No not cooking would be no room in room if wanted to . Stay due to close to location needed to be next time will drive more and stay some place else’s . But if need cheap 1 night stay worth it

This was better than expected for the price. The lobby smelled & the breakfast was subpar, but otherwise everything was fine. NO signs of any bugs in room, no stains on anything. AC was a little noisy but worked great.
