Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very closely located to the water (4 min walk). Plenty of parking. No updates have been done in the house for many many years. The beds are borderline unusable (matters springs pretty much poking out). Several light bulbs out or flickering (incandescent bulbs, believe it or not!!). TV actually has VCR hooked up to it, forget a smart tv to stream a show at night. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was great, but the owner who lives next door was extremely intrusive, passive aggressive and rude. We had a family reunion on Sunday night, and we were out on the patio until about midnight. The owner came over on Monday morning to make a comment about us being up late and being outside. Our checkout date was Saturday at 10am that week. She came over again on Friday asking if we will be cleaning the house because she, “wants to go on her boat”. We said of course we would be and she told us she, “would be the judge of that”. On Saturday we were cleaning up and putting the trash away and she came over to me to ask if that trash was from this morning. I told her yes and she said, “This was the whole point of my conversation with you. Now I need to go to the dump.” We had packed up, cleaned up and left the house by 9:30am and our checkout time was at 10am.
