Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the living area that opens up to the dining area and kitchen featuring new stainless steel appliances. Window air conditioners are located in each bedroom and living area to keep you cool on those warm summer nights. Through the dining area, you will step into an another living area with TV and a pull out daybed. The washer and dryer are located just down the stairs in the basement (interior access). The fully fenced back yard gives you plenty of space for outside dining after a long day at the beach. Additional amenities include gas grill, tabletop fire pit and enclosed outside shower. Centrally located, this home is a quick drive to numerous beaches along Nantucket Sound. Popular South Village Beach is only .6 mile down the road.
