2024 Stay at 41 Cygnet

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are 3 Friends who spend a week at Cape Cod each summer. Our stay at 41 Cygnet was wonderful. We found the house easily from directions given. It was clean and so very welcoming. The location is absolutely beautiful, right on the Swan River, centrally located to beaches, restaurants and , our favorite, shopping. We were so comfortable we actually spent a couple days just relaxing at the house. The screened in porch was perfect for watching birds and the river and the beautiful grill was so nice. We were convinced that this is our "go back to" location when we saw three recliners...one for each of us! We hope to go back to41 next year!

Perfect Vacation House For Us

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at this house so much! The size of the house was perfect for us! It's spacious, bright, and the location is amazing! The views of Swan River from the deck were just amazing! It's at the end of a cul de sac which makes it quiet also. If I had to critique this house at all, I would recommend just having more of a variety of dinnerware such as cereal bowls, and bowls, and the resin patio table on the porch looked like it was time to be replaced. We love renting from Martha Murray! This is at least the fifth time we've rented with them. The rental process is so easy, and their staff is just so kind and accommodating in every aspect. We loved this house so much that we want to rent it again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for that beach and woodsy feel all rolled in one.House was roomy and a great layout for a family of 6 and the screened porch and deck with view of Swan River was a nice bonus. The privacy was great too. And very centrally located to everything without being on top of your neighbors or or driving on tiny beach location streets.We would definitely stay again but if I can make a few comments and suggestions.The house could feel rather damp at times. On cool nights, the fireplace did help a bit to dry it out.It would be helpful to have more kitchen supplies, like pots and pans but mostly bowls. There were no bowls for cereal, pasta, salad etc or mixing bowls.We were unable to use the ping pong table because the basement was very **** and smelly. It was very strong we couldn't stay down there longer than to throw in a quick load of laundry a dehumidifier in the basement would be quite helpful.In the welcome packet it would be helpful to have clearer instruction regarding what is considered recyclable and which can is for recycling and which is for trash. Also didn't know how to use the air conditioning other than turning it on it took us awhile to figure out how to adjust the temperature instructions for that would be helpful also.Lastly, the grill was not on the outside deck ready to go it was on the inside porch cover and had bird poop on the cover. We decided not to use it because we didnt know if it was cleaned and ready to go. Your office was very helpful and made checking in and out very easy.Thank you for helping us to make lasting memories.
